1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India (PAN India) through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Options & Charges

We offer the following delivery options:

●       Standard Shipping: Free of charge, delivered within 3–7 business days

●       Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days (shipping charges apply)

●       Same-Day Delivery: Available only in select locations (shipping charges apply)

Shipping charges for express and same-day delivery will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders through:

●       SMS/WhatsApp notifications

●       Email updates

●       Account login on www.scoogcoffee.com

Tracking details will be shared as soon as the order is shipped.

5. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed, not delivered, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately at hello@scoogcoffee.com. We will work with the courier partner to locate the package or arrange a suitable resolution.

6. Incorrect Address

If you realize the shipping address was entered incorrectly:

●       Contact us at hello@scoogcoffee.com as soon as possible.

●       If the order has not shipped, we may be able to correct the address.

●       If the order has already shipped, redirection may not be possible, and Scoogcoffee is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entries.

7. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will notify you. A re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
