1. Order Cancellation

  • If the order was placed through our website www.scoogcoffee.com, customers can cancel it by logging into their account, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • If the order was placed through other online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), customers must cancel the order through the respective platform.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible and the order will fall under the return policy.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

  • If the purchase was made through our website, the return request can be initiated by logging into your account on www.scoogcoffee.com.

  • If the purchase was made via a marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), please follow the return process on that specific platform.
  • Once approved, you will receive the return address.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.



4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for the refund.
  • Refund reflection time may vary based on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–5 business days).



5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened coffee jars

  • Products not in original condition or packaging
  •  Returns initiated after 15 days from the purchase date


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@scoogcoffee.com along with clear images of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
